New Editorial System, new site.

Starting from January 2018, Hystrix has a new web site.
Starting from January 9, 2018, Hystrix has completed the "migration" from the old Open Journal Systems platform, hosted by CINECA, and moved to Bentus Editorial System/Journals System platform.
After 12 years of web presence, our sincere thanks to all the staff at LEO/CINECA who helped us grow as a modern scientific Journal, and a warm welcome at the people at Bentus, who will support us in going along.
